Trailers for the film “Gridiron Gang” may lead you to believe that it’s just another “feel good” football story, but the critics say that’s just not so. The movie is based on a true story of a juvenile detention camp probation officer Sean Porter, played by Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, who is frustrated by the high rate of criminal relapse of the teenage felons. So Porter, a former college football star, decides to form a football team in hopes of motivating the teens. The true story has all the makings of a tear-jerker action flick, and that’s exactly what the cast and crew hoped to have achieved. Read Full Story
