*A candle-light vigil will be held tonight to honor Congresswoman Juanita Millender-McDonald who died Sunday of cancer at her home in Carson, CA. She was 68 years old. An aide said the congresswoman had asked for a leave of absence from her House duties just last week to deal with her illness when she succumbed. The long-time public servant was in her seventh term representing the largely Democratic southern California district that includes Compton, Long Beach and parts of Los Angeles.
