*Nicole Richie’s legal team won their bid to postpone her DUI trial so that an expert defense witness can testify. A Glendale Superior Court judge agreed Wednesday to begin the proceedings on Aug. 16. The 25-year-old is facing four days to a year in jail if convicted. Cops stopped the “The Simple Life” star after folks on a Los Angeles freeway saw her driving the wrong way. Read Full Story
