As of late, the frank-talking, part-time philanthropist has been embroiled in a bit of a media frenzy over his war of words with Rev. Al Sharpton and other civil rights activists (and Oprah Winfrey) who have urged Black America to divest itself from Hip-Hop because of the lyrics and imagery portrayed by some of rap's most popular performers. The situation came to a head last week when a particular insult was used to dismiss Sharpton. The term, if taken literally, describes a certain oral sex act. But in urban circles it is used to belittle and berate an opponent and is considered a most humiliating and cutting put down. Read Full Story
